These are Emperor Primecron the 1st [link] from seibertron.com original characters Cherrybomb and Optimus Primacron. Cherrybomb transforms into a sportscar and Optimus Primacron transforms into a whooly mammoth/silverback gorrilla (Think gorilla with a the mammoth head).
